We are keen walkers and cyclists and have extensive personal experience of local walks and rides for all levels—from the fit and experienced through to walks with children. 

We combine that knowledge with a deep and real passion for the area that perhaps comes of being “incomers”.  We’re delighted to share our experience and share our growing love and knowledge of this incredibly beautiful, remote and peaceful part of the world. 

We have chosen this job of doing everything possible to make your holiday or visit the best experience it can be—in terms of the warm, relaxed atmosphere, rooms, food, drinks, information, service—even cooling-peppermint-foot-cream and your personal laundry washed, dried and returned overnight.!

In 2007—our 1st full season—12% of our bookings were either guests returning to us, or guests who booked on personal recommendation. 

In fact 100% of our guests wrote they would recommend us to friends and family.
