FOOD:

· I use fresh, locally-sourced ingredients for our beautifully cooked breakfasts and dinners.  As far as possible we use Local, Organic and Fair-Trade produce and goods.

· Highly praised Evening Meals are chosen from our extensive menu and cooked to order for you and served at your individual table.  You will always find at least 2 vegetarian options.  Please let me know if you have other dietary preferences or restrictions, or special events  so that I can prepare a menu for you.

· You select breakfast from our varied menu (Scrambled Eggs and Smoked Salmon is a favourite option)

· Packed lunches (including home-baked ham or home-made hummus & grilled vegetables on granary) can be prepared for you on request.

DRINK:

· We have a 24hour drinks license.  Relax with drink in the comfortable lounge in front of a log fire, or on the garden terrace with magnificent views — a glass of wine or a locally brewed beer from Brampton’s GELTSDALE BREWERY.
