Number of Floors: 2

Support for the Mobility Impaired

Our Victorian house is build atop a hill and has a total of 7 steps and a slope from car park to front door. All our bedrooms are on the first floor, with a wide wooden curved staircase to reach. The location, position and style of the house would make it difficult for anybody with moderately-severe mobility problems to use the facilities with the degree of comfort we wish to afford all our guests.

Support for the Visually Impaired

We are sensitive to the needs of guests with visual impairments, and will quietly and naturally offer any personalised assistance and hospitality necessary on request - for example, large print menus and/or we are happy to read menu options aloud, describing room layout, describing food on plate during service, ensuring plates are not too hot, providing higher-wattage light bulbs in bedrooms where useful, etc

Support for the Hearing Impaired

We are sensitive to the needs of people with hearing impairments, and will considerately and naturally offer any service necessary on request. We do not have specialist equipment or facilities, but are considerate to special needs, for example, speaking slowly and clearly to facilitate lip-reading, and we have a hospitable, personalised service-attitude to all guests
