Cancellations

Deposits less an administration fee will be refunded for cancellations made up to 14 days prior to arrival. Deposits will not usually be refunded for bookings cancelled within 10 days before arrival. Changes to bookings will be made free of charge if possible, or a voucher may be offered. Cancellations or changes within 24 hours of stay will be charged the first night's accommodation.  NO shows may be charged the full booking.  We suggest you buy travel insurance as you would for any holiday.

Check-in usually 4pm-6pm - contact us for other times. IF YOU ARE HIKING OR BIKING advise us if you will arrive later than 6pm so we can be sure you are safe and well. Check out by 10am
